When you submit an enquiry through our website, by telephone or in person, we collect personal information to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to arrange and administer finance agreements.

Where you request vehicle finance, we collect and share relevant information with selected third-party lenders in order to obtain quotations and, where appropriate, complete finance agreements.

If you apply for a role with us, we collect and process personal information to assess your application and communicate with you.

Elev8 Finance are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA”) under Firm Reference Number (FRN) 669015. We are a credit broker not a lender and we do not charge a fee for our credit broking services.

We can introduce you to a limited number of lenders and their finance products which may have different interest rates and charges. Whichever lender we introduce you to, we will typically receive commission from them, calculated by reference to the vehicle age or amount you borrow. The lenders we work with may pay commission at different rates. However, the amount of commission we receive from a lender does not have an effect on the amount you pay to that lender under your credit agreement. The amount of commission will be made available to you upon request.
